Ishinha director Matsumoto Yukichi will lead the participants through a three day intensive workshop on Jan Jan Opera. Participants will work alongside six Ishinha performers, pulling language to pieces, blending it with music, irregular rhythm and intonation, to create a unique rap-like style that replicates the pulse of modern urban life.
