Sing Sing music director David Bridie will lead an open workshop that unites Papua New Guinean, West Papuan, Torres Strait Islands, Australian, Maori and Pacific Island artists through traditional, contemporary, choral and stringboard music. With Airi Ingram, Jeanette Fabila, George Telek, and Albert David the workshop will introduce rhythms, melodies and songs with instruments such as kundu, mambu and garamut, and explore dances from that region.
